SVIMCS runs an Entrepreneurship Development Cell in association with the IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and the NASSCOM Start-up Warehouse, and is a partner institute of the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN). Students have represented the institute and been recognised at events run by IIM Calcutta, NEN, DD-Bangla and ICICI Direct, among others. The institute has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Moscow State Linguistic University to support international academic cooperation.
